Return Policy

Because our shop is completely custom, our return policy is different. Each portrait and product is made to order and has love behind it , the illustration fee is non refundable. Products may be exchanged through a third party for any damaged items. Once the order is placed but not drawn a 50% scheduling fee is applied.
